Ayurvedic Self-Love Rituals

Join us for a special day of indulgence and treat yourself like the Goddess you are!   We'll learn special Ayurvedic beauty and self-care rituals that nourish skin and soul.  You'll learn all about your skin's Dosha and what products work best to supporty your skin type, how to create your own facial clay masks, how to design bathing rituals that soothe away stress, clear negative energy and more! 

Important self-care topics such as breast massage and yoni steaming are included and you'll learn how to support your breast & reproductive health using botanical blends. 

Participants will formulate their own ritual bath salts to take home using botanicals, essential oils and crystals. We'll enjoy choice chocolate confections and herbal tea as we join in community for this day of Venus Arts.
