About the event

The holiday season can be rough and cases of anxiety & depression can worsen during this time. That coupled with the lessening daylight can really cause imbalances. 

Join me for this 6 week series and learn valuable tools to help bring you back into balance.

Each class consists of 15 - 20 minutes of learning/lecture and 45 minutes of Yoga. 

You'll learn to use Ayurveda to determine which type of anxiety/depression you have according to Dosha and how to improve your symptoms naturally, Pranayama (breathwork), Meditation, Mudra and Mantra along with Yoga asana's especially for anxiety and depression.

Each partipant will need to bring their own yoga mat.

Classes are held at 401 N. Main studio.  Class series begins on Monday December 4th and runs weekly, with the exception of Christmas week, through January 15th. 6 to 7 p.m.
