About the event

Yoga & Tea Time: Bliss Yoga, is a 6 week transformative series designed to elevate your body, mind, and spirit. Each week, we invite you to join us in a blend of gentle yoga practice and the aromatic world of herbal teas, carefully selected to enhance your mood and deepen your meditative experience.  We begin on April 9th and end on May 14th. 

What to Expect:

  • Uplifting Yoga Practice: Our sessions begin with a yoga practice that caters to all levels, from beginners to seasoned yogis. Focused on aligning breath with movement, we’ll explore poses that open the heart and calm the mind, setting the stage for deep relaxation and rejuvenation.
  • Herbal Tea Time: Following our yoga practice, we'll transition to a time of connection and warmth as we share in the ritual of tea. Each week features a different herbal brew known for its mood-lifting and mind soothing abilities.
  • Meditation and Sound Healing: To deepen our journey, each session includes a meditation practice to help you connect with your inner self and enhance mindfulness. The experience is further enriched by sound healing, utilizing soothing frequencies and vibrations to promote healing, reduce stress, and soothe your Soul.
